(1) After the commencement of this Act, a person who wishes to become an agent shall make an application to the designated officer with the prescribed details to register his name as an agent.
(2) If an application is made by someone according to sub-section (1), the designated officer may register the name with the agent after submitting the prescribed documents and bond and giving the prescribed confession to the applicant.
(3) Citizens of Nepal will be given priority when registering their name with the agent under this section.
